We are seeking an experienced Alteryx Developer with 3+ years of hands‑on experience in designing and developing ETL workflows, data transformation processes, and migration solutions. The selected candidate will play a key role in a strategic migration initiative, leveraging Alteryx to replicate, optimize, and validate existing data workflows and datasets within the Databricks ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Alteryx Designer, SQL, data warehousing concepts, along with the ability to work closely with data engineers, business stakeholders, and migration teams.

• Analyse existing ETL workflows, data pipelines, and transformation logic.
• Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows to support migration to Databricks.
• Translate existing business and technical logic into scalable and optimized workflows.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading activities.
• Conduct source‑to‑target mapping and ensure data consistency across environments.
• Execute reconciliation, testing, and validation activities to ensure migration accuracy and completeness.
• Optimize workflow performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, QA, and Business teams during migration planning and execution.
• Troubleshoot workflow failures, data discrepancies, and production issues.
• Develop technical documentation, workflow specifications, and migration runbooks.
• Support deployment, hypercare, and post‑migration stabilization activities.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Alteryx Designer development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and complex query development.
• Experience working on ETL/ELT development and data integration projects.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and data migration methodologies.
• Experience working with Amazon Redshift or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Delta Lake, or modern cloud‑based data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

• Experience in data migration or modernization projects involving cloud platforms.
• Exposure to Databricks notebooks, PySpark, or Spark‑based processing.
• Experience with Alteryx Server administration, scheduling, and workflow deployment.
