Job Title:
Senior D365 BC Developer & Analyst
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position OverviewMy client is seeking a highly skilled Senior D365 Business Central Developer & Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, ensuring seamless integrations, managing code repositories, and providing technical support for key business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C/AL and AL extensions
, a solid understanding of BC administration, and experience working with ISVs and partners. Knowledge of Power Platform is a significant plus.
- Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and maintain C/AL and AL extensions for D365 Business Central.
- Implement customizations and enhancements to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.
- System Administration & Integrations
- Perform general administration tasks for Business Central, ensuring system stability and compatibility during upgrades.
- Manage and maintain multiple integrations and add-ins within BC.
- Collaborate with ISVs and partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to third‑party applications.
- Data Governance & Code Management
- Oversee source control and code management using Git Hub.
- Manage repositories, branches, and code changes to ensure proper version control and deployment processes.
- End‑User Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in C/AL and AL development for D365 Business Central.
- Hands‑on experience with BC administration, integrations, and add‑ins.
- Familiarity with ISV solutions and partner collaboration.
- Experience with Git Hub for code management and version control.
- Ability to provide functional and technical support to end‑users.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Understanding of shipping and logistics processes (E‑Ship experience).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Microsoft certifications in D365 Business Central or Power Platform are a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
