Location
Hybrid Onsite – Charlotte, NC (1414 S Tryon Street)
Must-Haves- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex and Visualforce
- Experience with Lightning Component Development
- Hands-on experience with Classic to Lightning migrations
- Integration experience with enterprise applications
- Understanding of Salesforce security model
- Experience with Salesforce Communities
- Salesforce Developer I Certification
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS)
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments and build prototypes quickly
- Experience with Salesforce DX
- Integration experience using Mule Soft
- Experience with Platform Events
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with App Exchange tools (Apttus CLM, Conga, CPQ, Billing)
- Background in other programming languages (Java, C++)
- Develop and implement solutions following best practices
- Write, test, and maintain Apex and Visualforce code
- Build and enhance Lightning components
- Perform peer code reviews and ensure code quality
- Work on system integrations with back-office and enterprise platforms
- Support and execute data migration efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design
- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications
- Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvements

This candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable solutions, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and data migration, along with a strong understanding of platform best practices. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, contribute to code reviews, and help drive modernization efforts including Lightning migration initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
