Summary:

Offer Management is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in ETL development, Ab Initio, PySpark, Python, and Oracle Database. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing existing ETL applications, providing production support, and leading the migration of ETL workloads from Ab Initio to PySpark. The candidate should also have experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, accelerate modernization efforts, and enhance solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain, support, and enhance existing ETL applications and data integration workflows.

* Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.

* Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using Ab Initio, PySpark, and Python.

* Lead and execute the migration of ETL jobs and data pipelines from Ab Initio to PySpark.

* Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

* Leverage AI-assisted development tools to support code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and migration activities.

Required Qualifications:

* Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

* 4+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.

* Strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio or PySpark, Python, and Oracle Database.

* Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-scale data processing applications.

* Experience with production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices.

* Knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing methodologies.

* Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to improve development productivity, accelerate migrations, and enhance code quality.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

* Proven experience migrating ETL jobs from legacy platforms to modern data processing frameworks.

* Strong SQL skills.

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
