This position is for an individual contributor responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. The role involves ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non‑functional, and compliance requirements. The programmer will code solutions, perform unit tests, and ensure successful integration into the overall application with clear and well‑tested interfaces.

• Develop and deliver complex software solutions to meet business goals.
• Ensure software meets functional, non‑functional, and compliance standards.
• Code solutions, conduct unit tests, and manage integration into the application system.
• Improve the developer experience by making it easier to deliver solutions and manage work efficiently.
• Advance technology platforms through innovation.
• Reduce risk and improve quality across the technology portfolio by aligning to enterprise architecture strategy.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Languages: Java (Spring Boot), Python, SQL.
• Architectural Patterns: Microservices, event‑driven, REST, batch/stream processing, idempotency, back pressure.
• API Development: REST/GraphQL testing, pagination, retries, backoff mechanisms.
• Security: Authentication flows such as OAuth2, JWT, or mTLS, as well as rate limits.
• Data Movement: Experience with ETL/ELT processes, Change Data Capture (CDC), near‑real‑time streaming, and bulk/batch data handling.
