- Backend development (Java / Node.js / APIs)
- Frontend development (React or equivalent)
- API development (REST services)
- Integration adapter development
- Job worker implementation (Camunda)
- Financial services / CLM domain knowledge
The Application full stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software applications. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), working closely with product, architecture, and operations teams.
- Agile Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend engineering
- Proficiency in Python or Java and SQL-based database development
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda) preferred
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, with exposure to AWS environments and Terraform deployments
- Experience using version control systems (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub); familiarity with Git Hub Copilot is a plus
- Frontend development experience preferred, with a strong preference for React
- Familiarity with data formats and markup languages such as JSON, XML, and HTML
- Oversees development and installation of new hardware and software
- Provides advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques required for improved work operations
- Installs and configures systems and other software
- Tests installed software for malfunction detection
- Identifies and resolves business systems issues
- Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operation systems
- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
- Develops and implements strategies to improve systems
- Monitors and tests system performance
- Oversees the training of junior engineers to improve job skills and work efficiency
- Maintains full ownership of a process typically
- Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
