Pay Rate: $69 - $74

• Service Now certifications (CSA required, CAD or VR Implementation Specialist preferred)
• Experience with integrations (Qualys, Wiz, NVD, Checkmarx, etc.)
• Experience with Agile delivery and REST/SOAP APIs

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will lead development and enhancement of Service Now Vulnerability Response solutions within the Cybersecurity organization, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise implementations. This role focuses on building and supporting Service Now-based vulnerability management applications while collaborating across architecture, governance, and engineering teams.

• Configure, customize, and implement Service Now Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions
• Develop scripts, workflows, and automation using Service Now platform tools
• Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise Service Now applications
• Lead technical initiatives and act as an escalation point for complex issues
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide L3 production support
• Integrate Service Now with external tools (Qualys, Wiz, NVD, etc.) via APIs
• Collaborate with architecture, governance, and engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, risk, and development standards
• Document solutions and maintain technical artifacts in Confluence
• Participate in Agile development cycles and release management
