• Experience in Service Now development, particularly Service Catalog module, using Utah version or higher:
• Experience in Agile/Scrum:
• Experience on Service Now - Business rules and Scripting and application development:
• Experience on Integration and API development (using REST, JSON, etc.):
• Experience on Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and process:
• Proficiency on Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, CMDB and other SN modules is a plus:
• Experience on APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia or other orchestration and interface tools is preferred:
• Service Now CSA Certified is a plus: (Y/N):

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
