Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead People Soft Developer to provide design, development, maintenance, and system support for People Soft Financials applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in People Soft development tools and the ability to architect scalable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and design supportable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
- Design and develop customizations for People Soft Financials applications.
- Develop project solutions and production enhancements using People Soft development tools.
- Work with Application Designer, Application Engine, People Code, Application Packages, and Integration Broker.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing People Soft customizations.
- Support and maintain existing application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug application and technical issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Follow development standards and best practices to ensure maintainable and reliable solutions.
- Strong experience with People Soft Financials application development and support.
- Hands-on experience with People Soft Application Designer.
- Strong experience with Application Engine and People Code.
- Experience developing and maintaining Application Packages.
- Experience with People Soft Integration Broker.
- Strong experience designing and developing People Soft customizations and production enhancements.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to design technical solutions for complex business requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
