Sikich is seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Implementation Team. In this client-facing role as a Senior Salesforce Developer, the ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with our customers to configure and develop state of the art systems and solutions on Salesforce.
What will you do in this role?- Work as a part of an agile development team implementing various Salesforce clouds.
- Help lead technical discussion with both business and development teams to ensure solutions hold up to best practices.
- Leverage your In-depth familiarity and knowledge of different salesforce license models and limitations to configure systems per client requirements
- Work withthe project team to conceptualize and define system architecture with a focus on scalability and ease of maintenance downstream
- Leverage knowledge of Apex, Visual Force, Aura, Flows, and Lightning Web Components to develop use cases on Salesforce. of maintenance downstream
- Support and lead creation of technical documentation in support of systems being developed
- Implement development and deployment best practices and methodologies in a client setting
- Ensure Code Quality by Peer Reviewing code and participating in meetings to continually improve on processes both technical and business
- Support and architecture systems integration between Salesforce and other applications.
- Implement robust security and access controls within the system.
- Keep up with new Salesforce Feature that will be beneficial to business use cases.
- Work with quality assurance team to resolve issues in a timely manner and to communicate all issues to the appropriate parties to ensure quality work
- 7+ years in software development in a professional setting.
- 3+ years working with Salesforce in a technical role.
- 2+ years experience in a Senior / Lead capacity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Certifications - Platform Developer I (
required
), Platform Developer II (preferred), JavaScript Developer I, Omni Studio Developer - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Apex Managed Sharing.
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions
- Experience with Mule Soft, Agent Force, and Docu Sign CLM is a plus
- Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology
- Demonstrated hands-on ability to create necessary technical documentation including high level systems design, low level systems design, system landscape, entity relationship diagrams, configuration workbooks, and other client deliverables for enterprise salesforce implementations.
- Proven ability to lead a cross functional team
