UI Developer - Angular

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a UI Developer - Angular for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing web applications using modern client-side frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide technical direction, collaborate with programming teams within an Agile methodology, and ensure the stability and performance of existing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, test, support, maintain and debug client-side/user interface framework web applications
• Utilize latest development client-side framework technologies to solve for business requirements
• Provide strategic technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives and technology stack
• Represent the technical team in SDLC for Agile project methodologies
• Collaborate with external programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget
• Monitor and enhance the stability and performance of the existing applications

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of IT experience as a Senior Client-Side Framework Developer
• Experience in web application development with client-side framework technologies
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VUE, Handlebar, jQuery, jQuery UI, React, and AngularJS
• Experience with JSON, JSONP, and XML/XSL
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and Webservices
• Familiarity with tools such as Fiddler, Firebug, Poster, and IE Developer Tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for software design and development
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly

Desired skills:

• Responsive web design experience
• Web Sphere application server experience

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
