** What's the Job?*
* + Develop and support a controls management application built on Microsoft Power Platform, primarily focusing on Power Apps Canvas Apps and Power Automate.

+ Engage in hands-on development, ensuring high-quality deliverables while supporting ongoing BAU enhancements and upgrade cycles.

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT platform teams to discuss design decisions, integrations, and platform roadmap.

+ Act as a technical architect, providing guidance on platform direction and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.

+ Participate in system design discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goals.

** What's Needed?*
* + 2-4+ years of experience with Power Apps Canvas Apps and Power Automate.

+ 1-2+ years operating at an architect or technical lead level, capable of discussing design decisions and platform strategy.

+ Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with business stakeholders and IT teams.

+ Experience supporting production applications, BAU activities, and upgrade cycles.

+ Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with team members across different locations.
