We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Agents, Intelligent Document Processing, and enterprise automation
.
Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid
Experience: 5+ Years
Interview: Final interview will be F2F
Important: Candidates should be able to attend the final interview in person.
Key Skills & Experience- 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Google ADK, and agent-based architectures
- 3+ years of experience with Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Strong experience with OCR, PDF parsing, data extraction, confidence scoring, rule-based validation, semantic matching, and fuzzy comparison
- Proven experience building LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG solutions, and workflow automation
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, JSON/XML schema mapping, and enterprise integrations
- Experience implementing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), exception handling, and validation frameworks
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures
- Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
- Familiarity with MongoDB, Neo4j Knowledge Graphs, Redis, and vector databases
- Strong understanding of AI governance, PII/data privacy, explainability, auditability, and Responsible AI
- Experience with MLOps, AI observability, model monitoring, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, Agile, automated testing, and production deployment practices
We are looking for an engineer who can go beyond building POCs and has experience taking AI/GenAI solutions into production
. You should be comfortable working across AI agents, document intelligence, enterprise APIs, automation workflows, and responsible AI practices.
