Our client, a leading organization in the security technology sector, is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to join their team. As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will be part of the Security Data & AI department supporting the development of innovative security infrastructure and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Charlotte, NC

• Design and develop the backend systems that orchestrate security agent workflows, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Create and maintain tool integration layers connecting to security platforms such as Splunk, DLP, and identity systems.
• Build and enhance the analyst-facing user interface for reviewing agent verdicts, evidence, and case details.
• Implement dashboards to monitor platform performance, operational metrics, and system health.
• Collaborate closely with technical leadership to translate architecture designs into scalable, production-ready solutions.

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in API design, service architecture, data modeling, and async/event-driven systems.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/Type Script frameworks such as React for building data-dense user interfaces.
• Experience working with LLM-based components, prompt-driven services, and structured output validation.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
