Lead Full Stack Developer

- Own application architecture and technical roadmap.

- Define development standards, engineering governance, and best practices.

- Lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade Java, React, and Python solutions.

- Drive platform modernization and legacy reduction initiatives.

- Establish architecture patterns for APIs, microservices, integrations, workflows, and AI-enabled services.

- Lead cross-functional delivery across multiple teams.

- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Risk Leaders, Compliance Leaders, and Technology Executives.

- Champion AI-assisted development including Git Hub Copilot Agent Mode and emerging engineering capabilities.

- Provide leadership on Dev Ops, CI/CD, cloud strategy, application resiliency, performance, and security.

- Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend future-state solutions.

- Lead critical production issue resolution and strategic planning activities.

10+ years of software engineering experience.

10+ years of enterprise Java development experience.

5+ years of React development experience.

Advanced expertise in application design and architecture Extensive experience designing scalable microservices and APIs.

Expert-level understanding of secure SDLC practices.

Strong database design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning expertise.

Advanced CI/CD and Dev Ops knowledge.

Proven leadership experience managing large technical initiatives.

Skills:

Deep expertise with Git Hub Copilot Agent Mode and AI-assisted engineering.

Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
