Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Power Platform-TCOO (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Power Platform-TCOO (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent), you will be part of the Technology Solutions Department supporting the Controls Management Portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Power Platform-TCOO (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range:$70 - $75
What's the Job?- Lead and contribute to complex technical initiatives within Java/Spring Boot and front-end frameworks like Angular and React.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions, ensuring high quality and adherence to enterprise standards.
- Support and enhance Power Platform applications, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to streamline business processes.
- Act as a technical architect and developer, communicating effectively with both business and IT teams.
- Participate in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with front-end development using Angular and/or React.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong SQL Server development skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
