We’re hiring Full Stack developer in Charlotte, NC
, Its Hybrid role.

We are seeking a Full Stack developer
to build and deliver modern customer-facing capabilities within a feature-centric product delivery model. The role focuses on understanding user needs, translating them into scalable technical solutions, and delivering high-quality features across frontend, backend, and workflow automation platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience with React, Node.js, Type Script is comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full‑stack applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React and modern frontend development practices.
• Develop backend services and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) solutions using Node.js and Type Script .
• Develop and maintain Camunda job workers, connectors, and workflow integrations
  .
• Translate product requirements and user needs into technical solutions and deliverable features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, architects, QA, Dev Ops, and other engineering teams.
• Develop secure, maintainable, testable, and reusable code.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and enterprise services.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script .
• Hands‑on development experience with React
  .
• Strong backend development knowledge using Node.js and Type Script .
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software development practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and feature‑driven product delivery.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience developing Camunda workers/connectors using Node.js/Type Script.
• .NET/C# knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of databases, event‑driven architectures, and messaging systems.
• Experience working in product‑oriented or customer‑centric engineering teams.
