Additional Notes- Contract - 18 months, possibility to extend or convert
- RTO schedule - 3 days in office MANDATORY (preferably M-W)
- Interview process: 1 hour virtual with RTM, afternoons are best

Top Skills- 5-10 years of engineering
- 5 years Java (version 15 or newer)
- 3 years React
- 3 years Mongo DB
- Business Process Management Apps such as IBM BPM, Pega, Azure Logic
- AI prompt experience, having written playbooks will single someone out
- Autosys
Support credit card servicing. Doing a major platform migration from legacy .Net to modern stack with Java, mongo DB, React. Project scheduled through end of next year. Would like to hire based on 60% Java, 40% .Net skillset to work both sides of the fence, many people start off in .Net and switch to Java. Will be working primarily in Java but being able to read .Net
would be beneficial Recent experience with Java within the last few years. Java 15 or newer.
Will work on biweekly releases, would require Monday or Tuesday nights to support. With new platform, an on call rotation is going to be established. Both will have schedule flexed and not allow overtime.
