Required Skills
8+ years of software engineering / architecture experience.
Strong hands-on experience with GCP and Google ADK (Agent Development Kit).
Experience building applications using Claude / Anthropic LLMs.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
Proficiency in Python and REST/API development.
Experience with Vertex AI / Model Garden and cloud-native AI architectures.
Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool/function calling, context management, and prompt engineering.
Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment practices.
Strong understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Nice to Have
Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index, MCP, or similar frameworks.
Experience with Big Query, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Storage, and Terraform.
Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications and APIs.
Banking, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience.
Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and guardrails.
