We're working with a highly successful, international financial services organisation that is investing heavily in its technology landscape and is looking for an experienced Business Central Developer to join its team.

This is a great opportunity for a developer who wants to move beyond simply delivering tickets and become a key technical voice within a growing organisation.

You'll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of Business Central development, integration and transformation projects, while working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

It's also a role where your experience will matter. You'll have the autonomy to make technical decisions, introduce best practice and help shape how Business Central is developed and maintained.

• Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customisations and extensions using AL and Visual Studio Code
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Develop integrations between Business Central and third party/internal systems using APIs, web services and other integration technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test and production environments
• Support Business Central upgrades, data migrations and new functionality deployments
• Help establish and maintain best practices around source control, testing and Dev Ops
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement and evolution of the Business Central platform
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to more junior developers when required

• 5+ years' experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Strong AL and C/AL development experience
• Strong knowledge of Visual Studio Code and Git
• Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and Extensions v2
• Good experience with event driven programming
• Experience developing integrations using APIs and web services
• An understanding of business processes across areas such as Finance, Warehousing and Inventory
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate and/or Azure Dev Ops would be advantageous
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• The confidence to work independently while collaborating with functional and technical colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This isn't a role where you'll simply be maintaining an ageing NAV system.
