We are seeking a Front Office Automation Tester/Developer for a 12-month contract role based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this position, you will develop and maintain automated test solutions for front office trading systems, working with modern automation frameworks and financial market technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using test automation tools and frameworks
- Test API and UI components of front office trading applications
- Collaborate with development and trading teams to understand requirements and validate system functionality
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and infrastructure
- Document test cases, results, and defects with clear communication to stakeholders
- Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines
Qualifications
- Required
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Java, or Java Script
- Understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market data systems
- API and UI automation experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferred
- Familiarity with Agile development and continuous integration tools
- Experience with Fixed Income and Derivative products such as SWAP, CAP Floors, Swaptions, and Bonds
