As a Power Platform & Copilot Engineer (NC), you will be part of the Global Technology department supporting enterprise AI initiatives. * ** What's the Job?*
* + Support and train users on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.

+ Build and manage custom Copilot Agents to enhance enterprise productivity.

+ Develop integrations with Microsoft connectors and external systems to streamline workflows.

+ Act as a subject matter expert for AI adoption, governance, and best practices.

+ Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and produce insights to optimize usage.

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors.

+ Experience developing REST APIs and custom connectors within Copilot Studio.

+ Proficiency in prompt engineering and designing effective prompts for AI agents.

+ Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement scalable solutions.

+ Excellent analytical skills to interpret usage data and generate actionable insights.
