About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build, modernize, and scale enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you'll work across the full technology stack, developing cloud-native solutions that include modern .NET services, Angular front-end applications, business workflow integrations, and Spark-based data pipelines.
You'll partner closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and offshore development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while contributing to engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using C#/.NET 6/7+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and JBPM.
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular (13+), Type Script, and RxJS.
- Build and optimize Spark-based ETL/ELT pipelines, including data transformation, performance tuning, and data quality validation.
- Create comprehensive automated tests using industry-standard testing frameworks.
- Develop test automation solutions using Playwright and support quality engineering practices.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy solutions on Open Shift (OCP).
- Apply Kubernetes concepts including deployments, services, pods, configuration management, secrets, and auto-scaling.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation using Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, and YAML-based pipelines.
- Optimize SQL queries, database performance, and data-processing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and promote engineering best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with:
- .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Angular
- REST API development
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Apache Spark
- Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and modern development practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both local and offshore development teams.
- Experience with Open Shift (OCP) and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, and CI/CD automation.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns such as:
- SOLID Principles
- Dependency Injection
- Repository Pattern
- Mediator Pattern
- Microservices and Modular Monolith Architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms and services, including:
- Azure App Service
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Storage

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who combines strong technical expertise with effective communication and collaboration skills. You are passionate about building scalable applications, solving complex business problems, and working across multiple technologies to deliver measurable business impact.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM start time to support collaboration with offshore teams.
Location Requirement: This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, NC (Brevard Office). Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week.
