Our client seeks a Snowflake Developer to design and deliver enterprise integrations, ETL pipelines, and API-based solutions supporting Sales, Service, and Distribution. The role emphasizes Snowflake, SSIS, and .NET (C# / Blazor), with ownership for performance, scalability, and technical leadership. The team values reliable office attendance aligned to a 4 days onsite and 1 day remote schedule. Candidates should be able to support existing SSIS environments, lead solution design, and collaborate in Agile teams while leveraging AI-assisted development responsibly.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert full-time permanent without sponsorship or visa transfer now or in the future. Rate: $55-$60/hr w-2, conversion salary 120K-130K
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
- Build and support data integration workflows and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Develop RESTful APIs with .NET and integrate applications with data platforms and APIs.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Design integration patterns for batch, real-time, and API-driven solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and enforce secure coding and data governance.
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support production systems and performance optimization.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to drive engineering standards and efficiency.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of development experience with a data and integration focus.
- Strong Snowflake expertise for integrations and data movement.
- Prior SSIS experience with the ability to support existing environments.
- Prior C# and .NET experience, including Blazor or the ability to transition from Angular.
- ETL experience across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments on Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
- Familiarity with AI tools and responsible use to support coding and problem-solving.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
