Dev Sec Ops  And Sre

We are seeking a hands-on Dev Sec Ops  and SRE professional with strong expertise in AWS, Python, Type Script, CI/CD, security engineering, production reliability, and AI/ML systems. The ideal candidate will bring a player-coach mindset, combining technical leadership, architecture, coding, production engineering, and mentoring capabilities.

Must Have Technical/Functional

Skills:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including senior/staff-level experience
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML systems
• Strong expertise in Python and Type Script
• Expert-level AWS experience, including: ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM, VPC, Event Bridge, Cloud Formation/Terraform, multi-account strategies
• Strong production engineering experience with incident management, SLOs, error budgets, and capacity planning
• Experience owning CI/CD platforms at scale using Git Lab CI and pipeline-as-code
• Strong security engineering background including threat modeling, IAM design, vulnerability management, and compliance
• Experience with regulated environments and frameworks such as FRB, SOX, and FFIEC
• Experience with AI/ML technologies including LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and embedding models
• Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction
• Demonstrated experience driving organization-level technical improvements
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining problems independently
• Strong player-coach mindset with hands-on coding and technical leadership
• Ability to switch between strategic architecture/roadmap activities and tactical debugging/delivery
