Hogan / Mainframe SME Engineer
We are seeking a Hogan / Mainframe SME Engineer with strong experience in the DXC Hogan platform and Mainframe technologies to support a legacy modernization initiative and migration to Pismo.
The ideal candidate will have deep Hogan expertise and the ability to reverse-engineer legacy functionality, document business rules, and support the transition from Hogan/Mainframe to a modern cloud-based core banking platform.
Key Responsibilities:Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with the DXC Hogan platform.
- Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and MQ.
- Hands-on experience with Hogan modules and legacy banking applications.
- Experience reverse-engineering and documenting legacy applications.
- Experience supporting legacy modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
- Strong production support and change-management experience.
- Previous Hogan-to-cloud/core banking migration experience.
- Experience with Pismo or similar modern core banking platforms.
- Exposure to ISO 20022.
- Experience with CA Endevor or Changeman.
