Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a GenAI Developer to join their team. As a GenAI Developer, you will be part of the Technology department supporting innovative AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering

+ Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale or long-term software engineering challenges

+ Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors

+ Collaborate strategically with client personnel to incorporate technical strategies

+ Design, develop, and implement generative AI-driven applications utilizing large language models (LLMs)

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong hands-on Python software engineering experience (not just scripting)

+ Proven SDLC experience with CI/CD and team-based development

+ Practical experience with AI/GenAI applications, including building agents and evaluating outputs

+ At least 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education

+ Understanding of multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, Open Shift) and cloud-native development
