Service Now GRC/IRM Developer – UI Builder & Scripting
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Service Now GRC/IRM Developer – UI Builder & Scripting for their Charlotte, NC/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize Service Now GRC applications and workflows.
- Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and Service Now Workspace technologies.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Leverage Claude to accelerate Service Now GRC/IRM development, solution design, scripting, troubleshooting, and workflow automation
- Configure and enhance Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related GRC modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems using Service Now APIs and integration frameworks.
- Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
- Support deployment, upgrades, and production releases.
- Follow Service Now development best practices and governance standards
Requirements:
- Service Now GRC (IRM) Development
- Service Now Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Glide APIs)
- Claude
- UI Builder
- Java Script
- 5+ Years of Service Now development experience with strong expertise in GRC/IRM implementations.
- Strong experience in Service Now GRC/IRM development.
- Hands-on expertise in Service Now scripting and custom application development.
- Experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
- Experience using Claude for Service Now development, scripting, workflow automation, troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Service Now platform architecture and development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Service Now APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- 10.00 Years of Experience
