Job Title

Responsibilities

Perform senior-level systems analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of applications and databases.

Develop and enhance complex applications and integrate third-party products and solutions.

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable code.

Create, test, debug, and support software applications while leveraging development practices that support automation.

Deploy code to development, test, and production environments and provide ongoing production support.

Submit and document change control requests and ensure compliance with established processes.

Participate in system design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities throughout the development lifecycle.

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices.

Mentor and support less experienced team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions that meet those needs.

Communicate technical concepts and systems issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ensure compliance with Information Technology and Information Security policies, standards, and procedures.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including at least 1 year of application development experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and application architecture principles.

Experience analyzing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
