Ab Initio Developer

Our client, a leading organization in data engineering and technology solutions, is seeking a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Data Modernization Department supporting ETL development and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

• Support and enhance existing ETL applications and data workflows.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure incident resolution.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using Ab Initio, PySpark, and Python.
• Lead migration efforts from legacy ETL platforms to modern frameworks like PySpark.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with Ab Initio or PySpark, Python, and Oracle Database.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale data processing applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
