- Reverse-engineer Hogan modules and serve as the squad's source of truth on legacy behavior during the migration to Pismo
- Key Responsibilities:
- Reverse-engineer Hogan modules in scope (IDS, CIS, PEP+, ULS, DDA, or rail-specific)
- Codify business rules embedded in COBOL into canonical specifications
- Build extraction interfaces over VSAM, DB2, and MQ
- Implement dual-write hooks, rollback paths, and legacy-side change controls
- Must-Have
Qualifications: - 10+ years on DXC Hogan platform
- Expert in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and MQ
- Experience documenting and decommissioning legacy capabilities for cloud migration
- Nice-to-Have:
- Prior Hogan-to-cloud-core migration experience
