• Build and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations end to end
• Go from problem to solution: understand the real need, design the system, build it, and make sure it works in production

• This is not an entry-level role. If you're just starting out or don't yet have real experience, this particular role isn't the right fit

• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI workflows, automations, or integrations that run in production
• Hands-on technical skills: APIs, automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar), and scripting (Python or JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of AI models, agents, and tooling, and how to compose them into systems
• A problem-to-solution mindset: you scope, build, test, and deliver
• A track record of solutions that actually worked and drove measurable impact
• Excellent communication and comfort working directly with stakeholders
• This is not an entry-level role
