We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and PostgreSQL
. The role requires familiarity with Redis
, AWS
, and Datadog
, as well as a good understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with non-technical teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable asking questions, clarifying requirements, and working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as Backend Engineer
, including working with Python for at least 1–2 years hands-on recently - Experience with caching systems such as Redis
- Practical knowledge of using AI in the daily development flow, with tools like Claude Code or Codex
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL
- Be familiar with AWS
- Experience using Datadog or other monitoring tools
- Knowledge in RabbitMQ or Kafka, hands-on experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Advanced English proficiency
