** Senior Power Platform Engineer

** Overview
* * We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer to help drive the adoption of Microsoft's low-code and automation technologies across a large enterprise technology organization. This individual will serve as both a hands-on builder and internal consultant, helping evaluate incoming projects and determine when Power Platform solutions are appropriate versus traditional application development.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, solution design, business engagement, and mentorship.
** Responsibilities
* ** Design and develop enterprise solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
* Evaluate incoming business requests and determine the best technical approach.
* Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
* Architect integrations with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
* Establish Power Platform development standards and best practices.
* Mentor developers on Power Platform adoption and capabilities.
* Support platform governance, security, and lifecycle management.
* Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate delivery.
** Required Qualifications
*** 8+ years of software development or solution engineering experience.
* 4+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
* Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).
* Power Automate Cloud Flows.
* REST API integrations.
* SQL and relational database experience.
* Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Copilot Studio.
* Microsoft Graph API.
* Power BI.
* Power Platform CoE Toolkit.
* Dataverse.
* Azure services.
* Grafana, Apache NiFi, or emerging automation technologies.
