• Lead the development of complex contact center software solutions impacting thousands of users.
• Design, develop, and deploy middleware to bridge system limitations and enhance functionality.
• Integrate systems such as Workday and Verint to optimize workforce management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain and improve user interfaces to support long-term operational efficiency and vendor management.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Java development.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, React, Microservices, Kafka, and cloud deployment environments.
• Experience working in cloud environments and with contact center technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integration, middleware development, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to ask strategic questions to guide development.
