Position Overview

Front‑End Developer – essential for improving digital customer experience on marketing platforms. Reporting to Marketing, this role aligns design, branding, and user experience with campaign objectives and business goals. Focus on fast, conversion‑oriented web experiences, avoiding lengthy IT processes.

• Support Becker and multiple financial services websites by developing comprehensive site experiences, landing pages, promotions, web banners, and CRO tests.
• Build and maintain responsive, user‑friendly interfaces for marketing websites and landing pages across various brands.
• Implement and customize themes and templates within Drupal, Magento (Adobe Commerce), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), and Word Press.
• Ensure brand consistency and performance optimization across all digital touchpoints for Becker and financial services sites.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders and creative team to translate designs into functional web experiences, proactively addressing platform limitations.
• Manage priorities across multiple brands and adapt to frequent changes week-to-week.

• At least three years of web development experience, focusing on front‑end technologies to create responsive interfaces.
• Prior experience in e‑commerce, especially on e‑commerce and product pages.
• Experience managing multiple brands/sites simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with content management and e‑commerce platforms:
  Magento (Adobe Commerce), Drupal, Word Press, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC);
  Magento experience highly valued.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency, performance optimization, and user experience principles.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with designers, content strategists, campaign managers, and other marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment focused on rapid campaign execution and adaptation to marketing priorities.
• Portfolio or examples of relevant work.
