Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer

We are seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Oracle database design, complex SQL development, performance tuning, and data processing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing efficient SQL/PLSQL code, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with business and upstream teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor Oracle Developers, SSIS Developers, and Database Testers
- Drive solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support for database-centric applications
- Review and approve architecture, data models, SQL/PLSQL code, and ETL workflows
- Collaborate with business, upstream/downstream systems, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance best practices, and data quality controls
- Oversee release planning, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production support activities
- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Development & Performance Tuning
- Data Modeling, Indexing, Partitioning & Oracle Exadata Optimization
- API Integration (REST/SOAP) and Multi-Source Data Ingestion
- Database Testing, ETL Testing & Test Automation
- Query Optimization, Execution Plan Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Data Quality, Reconciliation & Validation Frameworks
- Bitbucket/Git, CI/CD and Release Management
- Agile/Scrum Delivery and Team Leadership
- Stakeholder Management, Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
- Experience with Oracle Exadata and large-scale enterprise data platforms
