Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Oracle PL/SQL Developer (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Oracle PL/SQL Developer (Charlotte), you will be part of the Data Solutions Department supporting the CIO Dashboard Metrics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$65.06

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL code for enterprise data solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable database solutions
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data quality assurance activities
• Support deployment, testing, and production activities within an Agile environment

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development with performance tuning expertise
• Experience with data modeling, indexing, partitioning, and Oracle Exadata optimization
• Knowledge of API integration (REST/SOAP) and multi-source data ingestion
• Experience with database testing, ETL testing, and automation frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and solution design skills
