Job Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Online Banking, Mobile Web & APIs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern front-end frameworks and a proven ability to design, deliver, and support scalable, secure, and highly available digital banking solutions. Role Logistics Approved location:
Charlotte, NC. Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Start:
Oct/Nov. One to two interview rounds. Video and in-person required. Glider . Max 3 submissions per vendor. Resume bucket: 3 roles. On resume: include current location, relocation plan, availability/start date, and cooling-off status if applicable. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications for Online Banking and Mobile Web platforms. Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java-based technologies. Develop responsive and accessible web applications with modern front-end frameworks. Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences. Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions. Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.

Create automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to improve quality and reliability. Monitor performance and address scalability, resiliency, and availability concerns. Troubleshoot production issues and support releases across environments. Drive continuous improvement using AI-assisted development, Dev Ops practices, and automation. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of full stack development experience with enterprise applications. Strong hands-on Java development experience. Back end:
Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, SQL/Oracle and No

SQL, Git-based source control. Front end:
Angular or React, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design. Dev Ops & automation:
Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Sonar Qube, test automation, Open Shift/Kubernetes. Cloud & architecture:
Cloud-native development, containerization, API security, distributed systems, event-driven architecture.

Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development. Understanding of secure application development principles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred

Skills:

Experience supporting large-scale consumer-facing digital platforms. Background in Online Banking, Mobile Banking, or Financial Services applications. Knowledge of API Gateway technologies and API lifecycle management.

Experience with Open Shift, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS.

Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or similar tools. Familiarity with event-driven architecture and Kafka.
