Our client seeks a Senior Service Now developer to design, develop, and support custom Service Now solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and enterprise integrations. The role focuses on workflow automation in the HR domain, application development, API integrations, and platform enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate brings strong JavaScript expertise and hands‑on experience building scalable Service Now solutions and integrating enterprise systems.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

• Design and develop custom Service Now applications and modules.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop Service Catalog solutions, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment processes.
• Create and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Develop HRSD and ITSM solutions supporting business process automation.
• Design and implement workflow automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Support Agile teams in delivering high‑quality Service Now enhancements.

• 5+ years of Service Now development experience.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and the Service Now Glide API.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of HRSD and ITSM processes.
• Experience with Integration Hub and MID Server.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Preferred:
  Service Now Certified Application Developer.
• Preferred:
  Employee Center and Service Portal development.
• Preferred:
  Integrations with Azure, Active Directory, Snowflake, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Preferred:
  Git, Dev Ops practices, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Preferred: AI-powered workflows and virtual agent solutions.
