Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Engineer with 8–11 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for enterprise-grade applications and AI agent solutions leveraging the AWS ecosystem.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, architects, and backend development teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.
Required Technical Skills
- 8–11 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- React
- Angular
- Node.js
- Java Script
- Type Script
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design.
- Proficiency in UX research, user journeys, wire framing, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
- Experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience creating reusable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Strong understanding of accessible UI design and WCAG principles.
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, asynchronous interactions, and state management.
- Knowledge of micro-frontends and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing and developing user experiences for enterprise applications and AI/agent-based solutions.
- Exposure to the AWS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for enterprise applications.
- Conduct UX research, user journey analysis, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Translate business and user requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Develop reusable and scalable UI components, design systems, and component libraries.
- Build modern front-end applications using React, Angular, JavaScript, and Type Script.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, AI engineers, architects, and backend developers.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and enterprise backend services.
- Implement responsive designs aligned with accessibility and WCAG standards.
- Support AI agent solutions by creating intuitive interfaces and user interactions.
- Work with teams to define and implement micro-frontend and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ensure applications provide consistent, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise-scale application development.
- Experience with AI/GenAI applications or AI agent interfaces.
- Knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based application development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Agile environment.
