Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior MongoDB Developer with expertise in MongoDB, No

SQL database design, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable document-oriented databases, optimizing query performance, implementing high-availability architectures, and supporting enterprise-scale data platforms.

• Expertise in designing scalable document-oriented database schemas based on application requirements and access patterns.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB aggregation framework, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
• Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and database optimization.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and managing MongoDB replica sets and sharded clusters.
• Experience implementing high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB security, including role‑based access control (RBAC), authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
• Knowledge of Hadoop and Informatica is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

• Design and develop scalable MongoDB document schemas aligned with business and application requirements.
• Create, optimize, and maintain complex MongoDB queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
• Monitor database performance and optimize read/write throughput, indexing strategies, and query execution plans.
• Configure, maintain, and support MongoDB replica sets and sharded cluster architectures.
• Implement high availability, failover, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Develop and enforce database security standards, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and role-based access control.
• Troubleshoot database performance issues and resolve production incidents.
• Collaborate with application development teams to design efficient data models and optimize database interactions.
• Support database upgrades, maintenance activities, and capacity planning.
• Ensure database reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.

• Experience with enterprise‑scale MongoDB deployments in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of big data technologies, including Hadoop and data integration tools such as Informatica.
• Familiarity with monitoring, automation, and Dev Ops practices for database management.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
