We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Python
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, building RESTful APIs, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. Experience in cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and Agile environments is highly preferred.

* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and cloud-native deployments.

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or Python data-processing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
