AI Engineer - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking an AI Engineer - Hybrid (3 days/week) position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation to design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and modern AI technologies to enhance productivity, automate business processes, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions using modern AI technologies
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio
• Enhance productivity and automate business processes
• Improve customer experiences and drive innovation across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation experience
• 2+ years of experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in complex environments
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Services
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or Java Script
• Experience with REST APIs, AI Integrations, Power Platform, and Azure Cloud Services
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Vector Databases
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices

Desired skills:

• Master's degree
• Microsoft Certified:
  Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Experience with Kubernetes/Open Shift and containerized deployments
• Experience implementing AI solutions in highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of AI security, model risk management, and governance frameworks
• Experience with Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks

Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 per hour
