Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Service Now Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Service Now Developer, you will be part of the IT support and development team supporting enterprise-wide service management solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Develop on the Service Now platform utilizing configuration and scripting techniques.

+ Work on the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module to enhance risk assessment processes.

+ Contribute towards Agentic AI use cases to improve automation and decision-making.

+ Deliver solutions following best practices in partnership with core and platform teams.

+ Code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed standards and tools.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in developing on the Service Now platform with a focus on configuration and scripting.

+ Knowledge of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module is preferred.

+ Ability to contribute to AI use cases and automation initiatives.

+ Strong understanding of secure and scalable solution design principles.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
