We are seeking a senior full-stack engineer to support a policy governance platform. This role involves contributing to application modernization, feature development, and platform scalability. The position requires working across the full application stack, including front-end development, backend services, APIs, and databases, within a cloud‑native environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical leadership and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain microservices‑based architectures.
• Participate in Angular modernization initiatives, including the migration from Angular 19 to Angular 20.
• Build and enhance responsive user interfaces, focusing on performance and usability.
• Develop backend APIs and database integrations to support policy governance workflows.
• Support cloud‑native deployments utilizing Open Shift (OCP) and Kubernetes.
• Implement Dev Sec Ops  and CI/CD best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA teams, operations, and other engineers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

• 8+ years of Java engineering experience, including Java, Spring, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• 6+ years of Angular UI development experience, with a requirement for Angular 16 or newer. React experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server database development and/or REST API development.
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes/Open Shift (OCP), and CI/CD practices.
• 1+ year of experience using Git Hub Copilot or other AI‑assisted development tools.

• Strong understanding of J2EE architecture, object‑oriented design principles, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

• Experience with Git Hub Copilot Agent, Devin, or other AI‑assisted software development tools.
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk, or Grafana.
• Experience in financial services or with regulatory applications.
