- We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with IBM File Net and Middleware expertise to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise content management and backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with Java, IBM File Net P8, middleware technologies, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise application integration.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Develop and customize solutions using IBM File Net P8, Content Engine, Process Engine, and related File Net components.
- Build and integrate REST and SOAP web services for communication between enterprise applications.
- Develop middleware integrations between File Net and downstream/upstream applications.
- Work with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and other Java frameworks.
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend integration components.
- Configure and support IBM Web Sphere / Web Logic application servers.
- Work with messaging and middleware technologies such as IBM MQ, Kafka, or similar platforms.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other development teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.
- Follow enterprise security, coding, and development standards.
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE development
- Hands‑on experience with IBM File Net P8
- Experience with File Net Content Engine (CE) and Process Engine (PE)
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
- Experience with Middleware and Enterprise Application Integration
- Hands‑on experience with Web Sphere/Web Logic
- Experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies
- Strong understanding of XML, JSON, SOAP, and RESTful services
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or DB2
- Knowledge of SQL, JDBC, and database integration
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD
- Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills
