Head Men's & Women's Tennis Coach

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Head Women's and Men’s Tennis Coach will support the Director of Athletics and the Tennis Program by organizing, coordinating, and promoting a comprehensive program of tennis instruction that is designed to meet the needs and interest of the school community, NCAA, and the CIAA. This position will also maintain a good working relationship with alumni relations.

This position reports to the Director of Athletics.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in sports, or a related field. Must demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and Word. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds is an essential skill. Must be able to prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with NCAA Compliance Assistant, Front Rush, or related system is preferred.
