We’re hiring a Seasonal Aquatics Facility Opener to prepare our aquatics complex (4 pools + splash pad!) for daily operations. This is a great summer role for someone reliable, self-motivated, and proud of keeping things clean, safe, and organized.

• Arrive on the first boat and open the facility

• Unlock gates, storage areas, and restrooms

• Ensure all pool features and equipment are working properly

• Skim, brush, and vacuum all four pools

• Empty skimmer baskets and remove debris

• Sweep and hose deck areas

• Wipe down chairs, tables, and loungers

• Clean restrooms and restock supplies

• Set out towels and prepare the space for members

• Test pool water (chlorine, pH, etc.)

• Document readings and report concerns

• Assist with chemical adjustments (training provided)

You’ll make sure members arrive to a spotless, safe, and welcoming facility every morning.

Basic pool or chemical knowledge is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

• Seasonal full-time position (April–October)

• Early morning shifts

  • 5:30 AM ferry (Mon–Fri)

  • 6:00 AM ferry on weekends

• Weekends and holidays required

• 5–6 shifts per week during peak season

This role is fully outdoors in varying weather conditions. It requires lifting (up to 75 lbs), pushing pool vacuums, bending, and standing for extended periods.
