Job DescriptionSupport railroad flagging services for Class 1 Railroads, Regional Short Lines, Transit Systems, State DOTs, and related contractors and consultants.
Required EducationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.
Required ExperienceMinimum 2 years with a Class 1 Railroad, Regional Short Line, Transit System, State DOT Rail Division, Railroad Supplier, Railroad Contractor, or Railroad Consultant—preferably in the Maintenance Of Way (MOW) Department.

- Proficient basic computer skills: email, phone, texting.

- Strong technical knowledge in railroad engineering, design, construction, and safety.

- Ability to travel extended periods, sometimes for a month at a time.
- Completion of required federal, client, and company training.
- Coordinate job sites and communicate with dispatchers, train crews, and contractor personnel.
- Deliver clear briefings and job safety communication.
- Enforce all railroad, state, and federal policies and resolve violations.
- Enforce contractor training requirements and submit daily field reports.
- Maintain on‑track safety in compliance with 49 CFR 214 for all rail-related entities.
Field environment.
